Mike Dillard

Mike Dillard is the Founder and President of Pernix Consulting LLC. With nearly 10 years of experience in advanced program management for CACI, Dillard has aided government agencies such as the U.S. Department of State and the Drug Enforcement Agency with innovative software development projects and advanced cyber security solutions. Dillard led projects in excess of $65 million dollars, earning a reputation within the industry as a trusted and effective project manager.

Dillard founded Pernix to expand his existing business relationships to focus on understanding client needs in data management solutions. In his role as President, Dillard continues to work closely with each client, as both a resource and partner to help meet and exceed their expectations.

Prior to his career in IT program management, Dillard studied at Western Governors University and served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. Dillard is a native of Boston, Massachusetts.

Ben Hall

Ben Hall is the CFO, COO and a co-founder of Pernix Consulting LLC. In his many roles for the firm, Hall oversees all day-to-day operations as well as long-term strategic planning at Pernix.

Prior to joining Pernix, Hall was a program manager at Farmers Insurance, specializing in insurance-assessment research for such organizations AARP and Harley Davidson. In addition to his work with the private sector, Hall spent over ten years working with the U.S.

Department of State assisting in its Infrastructure Resource Management initiative. Hall worked closely with the architects and engineers on the implementation of this project with the State Department.

A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Hall holds an MBA from Western Michigan University in Entrepreneurial Management and an undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State in Computer Science.

Tunay Basar

Tunay Basar is the CIO and a co-founder of Pernix Consulting LLC. In this capacity, Basar oversees the development and implementation of all software development projects for Pernix’s clients.

Basar has worked with multiple government agencies throughout his career in a variety of technical fields. His roles have ranged from IT director to web development for the Department of Labor, CRM project specialist for the Pentagon, and lead developer for the U.S. Department of State’s Business Project Management program.

Throughout his career, Basar has specialized in improving his client’s IT programs by building upon their existing processes and implementing innovative changes that create more effective and efficient solutions. Basar is recognized in advanced technical problem-solving by Splunk, an industry leader in software data management solutions.
